DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Leg boot orders are processed within 7 business days directly from our office in Oklahoma. All other items are printed and shipped direct from the warehouse corresponding to your zip code. Orders cannot be cancelled or edited once placed. We cannot change shipping methods, addresses, discount codes, etc.  so double check your information before clicking submit, and when placing your order you must confirm you’ve read this shipping policy  

We  will do everything they can to get your order on time, however due to the popularity of our products, please allow at least 2 weeks for your order to arrive (USA customers) after fulfillment. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, please note our turnaround time and know, your boots may not start shipping for several days. Production time for all items except leg boots is 14-21 days. Other countries can take an estimated 2-8 weeks  due to distance traveling and holds at customs.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?

We process orders, write you a thank you note, then fill the order, then *SCHEDULE* the Post Office or UPS to come to our offices and pick up orders.  Our shipping providers may take a few days to pick up our packages, as they must get an empty truck to us due to volume. It may take a couple days for your order to actually start moving after you've received notification that it's been shipped.  

If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.we are not responsible for additional customs or shipping charges you may incur 

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different warehouse, depending on which one has them available. I personally ship our horse leg boots from Oklahoma.  Other items come from one of three warehouses.  Alternatively, we might ship your items at different times and in different packages to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

Please DO NOT panic if you've ordered 3 items and only 2 have been delivered, the other 1 is on the way!

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! What the postal service does with your packages once they leave our warehouses is out of our control.  Please contact your shipping provider for questions about lost packages and packages not delivered.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by us.
